MINERAL BASED WALL STUCCO
Description
Granite is a solid decorative facade coating formed by mixing marble particles with acrylic copolymer resin. It is produced in 3 different sizes as thin, medium and thick.

Interior and exterior facades of all types of buildings, with suitable primer as topcoat on black plaster, gross concrete, cement board and heat insulation systems
Properties
It has high resistance to atmospheric conditions. It has high water vapor permeability and is breathable. Surface with thick film layer closes defects. Its colors do not fade, it is natural. Resistant to alkali. It is water based and does not harm human health and environment.
Product Preparation
A bucket (15 liters) of water is placed on a large plastic boat and the thickening powder, which is dry in the bag package, is poured into this water. Then the shells are poured into this water and soaked thoroughly. The binder glue given in the plastic can is added to the mixture and mixed in such a way that the material does not lump and the consistency of the mortar is obtained.
Application Instructions
After cleaning all kinds of dirt, oil, swollen paints and dusts, the surface should be smoothed with ACRYLIC PUTTY THICKEN and primed.
Mineral plaster should be mixed by adding 1-1,5 lt water until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
Mineral plaster should be applied to the whole surface with steel trowel at equal thickness and should be polished with steel trowel after 15-20 minutes under normal weather conditions.
The environment should not be below +5 ˚C during and after application.
In order to avoid splicing on large surfaces, the areas that can be finished in one stage should be selected considering the aesthetics of the building, taped and serial application should be performed without interruption.
Products with the same batch number should be used in order to avoid tone difference.
Consumption: Thick mineral plaster 5 kg / m2 – Medium mineral plaster 4 kg / m2 – Fine mineral plaster 3 kg / m2
